We are at the beginning stages of the shell construction at one of our sites. We have just completed the foundation walls and the next step is waterproofing. Ever wonder what it means to waterproof and why it is so important? Watch our team apply a waterproof membrane system to an ICF foundation wall.
The blue paint being rolled on is the primer. The next material being applied is the soprema waterproof membrane. Once this is complete, the team will backfill and the foundations are done. This is how we keep out the water and stay warm and dry! Neat.
